During the Reception, the Bride and Groom will have their first dance as Husband and Wife. A good amount of consideration should be put into what song is chosen. This dance is significant, and although it will take place in front of a large group of friends and family it is very personal.
Therefore, it is important to choose a song that is familiar and has personal meaning to the Bride and Groom. It is wise to dance to the song a few times before the Wedding. If the Bride and Groom's First Dance at the Wedding is literally the first time they've ever slow danced together, or the first time they've danced to the chosen song, it's likely to be awkward and uncomfortable. While no one will be attending the Wedding as a dance judge, dancing to the song a few times before the Wedding will make danceing to the song at the Wedding a much more enjoyable and properly romantic experience. A once in a lifetime experience.
